Membership-2009 — NEW rates and forms

There is a link in the righthand side bar that will take you to the Membership form.  It opens in Adobe Reader (free download at Adobe.com)

There are, as last year, two pages.  On the second page, please write a small bio/profile about your business or about you.  We will get that next to your listing in the directory that will be completed soon.  If you have logos that you would like to have posted, please email them to mansfieldcofc@gmail.com.

The new rates are exciting. Several businesses have told the board members and other volunteers that this makes a difference in their being able to be involved.

• Small family Oriented Business (5 employees or less) —–  $30.00/yr
• Small business (5 to 15 employees —–                                        $50.00/yr
• Large business (16 or more employees —–                               $75.00/yr
• Not-for-Profit Corporation —–                                                     $30.00/yr.
• Associate Members  —–                                                                   $20.00/yr

There is no limit to the number of members the Chamber can accept.
