Mansfield Plans Freedom Celebration

The Mansfield Community Center and Mansfield Community Betterment Board are actively planning events for the Freedom Celebration on June 27.
Due to the intense heat wave settling on Mansfield this week, the celebration events have been scheduled for late afternoon or early evening.
Events include:
- Little Miss FireCracker contest (Held in the Community Center)
- Quilt Show (Community Center)
- Parade
- Alumni Baseball Game
- Lions’ Club Carnival (Town Square)
- Car and Motorcycle show
- Fireworks
Chamber members will be selling raffle tickets for the Wilder Days Raffle — Riding Lawn Mower, Self-Propelled Lawn Mower, Pruning Saw.
